The truth that stands before the mirror
Mocks at me with an x-ray report
I wrote to you many a time to return
It is this busy fashion
With sweet words at home
Reluctant to show its lifeless face!
How criminal it is to write a letter
Beautifully posting lies
As if growing illusions
How criminal it is to write a letter
It is for the looks that await a letter everyday
Will not even a postman feel like writing one….
It is I who will await it with no reply
The postman’s sigh is itself a living example
Unexpectedly the cannon would fire at any time …
Of course, beautifully the lies are piled
How criminal is this!
I am myself deceptive on the city streets
A search…? or a research…..?
If obedience is slavery,
Life would be too heavy to bear
A casual life!
In an optimistic tone, so musical and ecstatic
He speaks, sings and even preaches
Holding on to despair in his throat itself
The truth that stands before the mirror
Mocks at me with an x-ray report
Oh God! it is you who knew me
Even before my mother conceived me
Do you think the world needs these several roles?
How sweet the tragedy became!
Though mercury level breaks its glass tube
I cannot prevent a natural spring of water!!
